Would be nice just to have a model of a bagpack that could be used like the ammo crates so if you where to make a mission where start in a camp in a forrest or something you would have bagpack as ammo crate instead of big wodden box

What are your thoughts about how to fire it??? and what about movement??
The first active artillery gun was scripted so you could hang it on the back of a truck, that might be a idea. And mayby you could also script the same truck to be a control center for it. Just my thought.

Someone once made a briefing editor where there also where a editor for weapon selection. Cant remember the name of it but do remember that there was someone talking about that the whole editor changed things in the pc ,that wasnt that good, when you installed it. So i was thinking have anyone made a editor just for the weapon selection so you wont have to write those yourself. Would make it a lot easier

Everybody talking about new addons. Mainly planes but also some vehicles and weapons. But are anyone doing any work on buildings?? Would be great to have some new buildings to place, like a 7 floor office building with roof access or a control tower for the airport or a hanger that you can drive the plane out off..........................................................

For targetting wouldnt it be a idea to make something like when you do the "v" to look at iron sight. But on the arty thing you will get two gauges one saying compas direction in degress not in letters. And the other saying distance combined with angle, so as and example it would say angle 20 degress distance 5000meters and so on. That way you will still have to use the map for leading it and have to use more than one shot to get to your target.

Is it possible to make a script to use with radio where you order a group not under your control to move to a position 20m to the right (example) for you and hold position there.
Pls some one help.

There already is a mod team working on the middle east conflict. Think they are working with oxygen making the units at the moment.

This could be a great feature in a ofp 2 if it being made. When you select a unit you would have two options more.
1. Weather camo.
A selection where you could chose which kind of camo the unit should be in. Like desert, winter, forrest and urban. That way you wouldnt have that long a addon list.
2. Country
A selection where you could chose which country the given unit is from and that way change country camo and markings. This would also save alot space in the addon list.
And both would be a great feature.

Why is it BIS dont update there websites?? You would think that they are interested in showing of what they are making.
-Last info posted on Flashpoint website is in march.
-Resistance is coming out next month and there havent been one update to the resistance website since they started it.
-Independence lost website havent been changed since the week after they launched it. And it still says coming out 2002.

One could be made for scenerie with a cargo hold for 12-20 people so you could make it a starting point for spec ops mission. And maybe even make it so when you where on the deck of it, it would have a option " Deploy Zodiac" or something like that, and a zodiac would pop up beside it.
So you would start in the cargo hold get out on the deck and down into the zodiac.
But someone would also have to make that zodiac. And the sub should still have a "driver" so it could move.
But i dont see a reason why to have a sub for battle reasons.

Would it be possible to take the in game Hummer and BRDM and change them with the oxygen tool?

And the BRDM with
-14.5mm turret
-5 rail at-5 ATGM
-SA-9 Gaskin SAM system.
It would be alot easier than to rebuild the Hummer/BRDM
P.S. Didnt put in the Avenger on the hummer because its another model of the hummer

I dont know how long the runways in OFP are but C17 globemaster can take off from a airfield 914 meters long and 27.4meters wide, which isnt that big
Also made a record where it made a take off and landing with 44000 pounds of cargo on a runway 430meters long so maybe there is room for it in OFP.

Have you thought about asking BIS for help about indirect fire??? From the screenshots from VBS it seems they are using it there maybe they can give you a hint or two on how to make it work.

Since te russians dont have that many CAS planes why not go the other way and build something they have a lot of.

Really nice Jet there. Great for flying close to the ground. But could you also make it in RAF colors and make a A/G version where the sidewinders are changed out with one or two zuni pods under each wing or one or two small bombs.

LOL just used 3 hours making a great model. took a break and now when i try to load it to continue it says file open failed

Do any of you know what could have made it do that and if can get it to work again ??

You still need somewhere to fire it from its not like some of the other SAM's where you have some kind of cockpit to sit in. So you will need to combine it with a control center or something.
And sure you could make it stationary but would be much nicer if you also could tag it to a truck that could be the control center.
