Mods unique to my server, unable to be hosted elsewhere

Hi first post here, I've recently become interested in developing mods for ARMA 4 (And currently using reforger to learn), after finding about about the new Enfusion language and its similarities to C# etc. Over the year and whenever ARMA4 is released I'll be developing a gamemode that I wish to only be able for my own, I know normally mods are always desired to be shared etc but I have no desire for this with mine. So my main question is, is it possible to make mods that can only be hosted on a server that I'm personally operating? Thanks
