New update on the "Crowns purchased and not showing up and Bohemia`s radio silence fiasco". You can get a refund via Xbox customer support, I just did. It took me 10 min.

Same problem. I bought some Crowns at the beginning of Saison 19 (15.05.2024) and I still didn't get them on my Profil. Can someone explain what is happening, is someone working on this problem?

I just lost my common crates. I had like 7 or 8 crates and after I finished my daily challenges I went and checked my crates and there were only 3 common crates left. It is possible that even more rare crates disappeared but I only noticed common ones because of the huge difference. Things like that, especially in the extraction game, really killing my motivation to stick with this game.
