ARMA3 is played on the following configuration
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-core processor
AMD Radeon rx5700XT
RAM 32GB
SSD 1TB capacity/500GB used
When hosted and played in Warlord mode, ARMA3 FPS is around 15-5 FPS, which is always stressful!
I checked the GPU and CPU utilization and it is always below 10%, which I assume is the cause.
How can I free up CPU and GPU power to play ARMA comfortably?
(Incidentally, I also checked the temperature for the possibility of thermal runaway, and it was always around 60℃).
