I have the steam version. What about the folder titled "anarchyinthetk.takistan"? I'm guessing it's just the .pbo file uncompressed. The problem I'm running into I suppose is that the .pbo isn't loading properly or is taking way too long to load.

It happens on both singleplayer and mp. I am trying to load up takistan life revolution from this link https://github.com/micovery/takistan-life-revolution I am pretty sure I put all of the files in the appropriate places, but I don't really know where those places are. Can anyone help me out?
