Restricting turret movement?

so , imagine that i want to edit the limit of a tank , in this case , a Leopard 2A4 that cant aim down 0 , and we need more like 10-15-20 degrees to aim corectly , we dont know how to edit that , (custom mod) if u can help me with this , thx a lot
