I have the same problem. And the solution... In spanish sorry: Directiva de seguridad local -> Configuracion de seguridad->Directivas locales->Opciones de seguridad->Control de cuentas de usuario: activar el Modo de aprobación de administrador.-->Deshabilitar Sorry but I can't know it's traslate in English.
