so whenever i try to launch arma 3 through the launcher i get a error message that arma3_x64.exehad an error, so i clicked on that application, and it said it is missing VCOMP123.DLL, i uninstalled and re installed the game 3 times already. also i can run the game directly without the launcher, how can i recover, or get this file back?
