    I've been having the same issue lately. I've tried re-installing my steam client, Arma 3, verifying the game cache, adding in my own "!Workshop" folder, and even manually installing each and every mod. I'm at a total loss as to what could be causing this issue, and there don't seem to be many topics about it.
