  1. Thank you for the explanation. Overclocking isn't something I am really interested in doing, though.
  2. Noted. Can't change it now. I thought at the time i9 would be very good but clearly not. I don't have great PC knowledge. I'll look into replacing the ram with >3.5k MHz DDR4 as that can easily be replaced and sorted. I'll speak PCSpecialist to ensure I am not forfeiting warranty by doing that. What do you mean,"And it has already 165 W TDP stock, no OC 🤦‍♂️".
  3. Hi apologies for the delay! I have spoken in length with Bohemia support and with the PCSpecialist (where my pc was built) support. They have been little to no use. So I find myself back here again! What I don't get was I was hitting perfect performance on max everything, at max render distance, 2k, ALL fine. To be clear I have 2 monitors, one 1080p and the other 2k (which I play all games on) I have lowered my graphics and view distance to your specifications. It is much better so far on single player but in towns it still drops to below 60 and I hate having my render distance low but maybe Ill have to accept it if I can start playing properly again. Also seems to screen tear occasionally maybe that's due to my AA & PP settings though. Screenshots of graphic settings: https://imgur.com/a/oCvijDa @evilmedicNever heard of Skylake-X systems but wouldn't tuning void my warranty on my computer? As referenced above, the computer was built by PCSpecialist (a custom build website), hopefully that answers your question? Has anyone done any tuning for you or are you running on stock settings from corsair ? No, pretty sure it is stock settings. 2.) Do you have CPU-Z installed? If so, can you share the output of the CPU tab and the Memory Tab ? No, I don't have it installed. I can install if needed. Thank you for your continued support, everyone!
  4. The system still performs fine in all the other games I've tested it on. I don't know what to do, I've scanned for viruses with my antivirus, CCleaned everything several times, clean installed several times, cleaned my computer of dust (after all this happened), validated steam files, launched as an admin, changed graphics, updated graphics drivers fully, optimized the game using nvidia experience, I would defrag but it seems pointless since I tried it on two different SSDs and same issue also it would damage them. Should I contact arma devs - if so how? Should I be contacting my computer manufacturer since it is under warranty and is 6months old? How do I properly examine both software and the hardware to find any answers? Sidenote: I get 200+ fps in the menus but I guess that's just a still image usually.

  6. I understand that I cant expect AAA speeds but it used to be a lot higher than this. Its performance is worse than my old laptop! I have arma on my games disk which is the d: Drive. The drive is 1TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA 2.5" SSD, (upto 560MB/sR | 540MB/sW). Given all my games are all on that disk and every other game seems to run smoothly I doubt it is the drive. I have tweaked AA&PP accordingly and still experience the same issue.
  7. Hi I have recently been experiencing EXTREME frame lag on multiplayer and single player. Changing graphics doesnt affect anything and I used to be able to get over 80 fps consistently. My computer hasnt had this same effect in other games either so Im not sure whats going on. I have tried moving arma to SSD, clean install, changing graphics. Here are my specs: https://imgur.com/a/LPisONJ

Unable to join ANY Arma 3 multiplayer games

Yes I have done this but when I go to install it and give permission, nothing seems to happen. I have tried to connect to any server running again and it still doesn't work.
  9. Keep being prompted with, "You were kicked off the game.(BattlEye Game restart required)". I have restarted my computer, restarted the game, tried launching from steam, tried verifying game files and the game has actually been clean installed onto my C: drive as I was suffering major FPS lag before hand on it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
