    Might take you up on the offer sometime I stream a lot and sometimes can’t fill the full team 😂 but yes the frustration can be real but there’s sneaky ways to get people 😛 I once camped in a bush literally 2 feet from signal detector on Victorson and two geared players showed up within a minute of each other one with an adr and armor. Needless to say they didn’t expect a guy with an m16 and 200 rounds to ambush them 😂

    Well here’s the thing it was handed out early for free for anyone who happened to be playing at the time this came out in the battlepass. As for effectiveness yes depending on the Caliber of ammo used against them plus the range it’s used at it can effectively double your health. But I can attest to being one shot even with the armor on. Remember this only protects against body shots not rounds to the legs, feet, arms or head. Shotguns also pretty much bypass body armor at close range as do some snipers if the plate is partially worn already. I don’t see an issue with them personally 💁‍♂️ I’d say they help but aren’t essential. You can win unarmoured Versus an armoured player if you hit your shots right and play smart. In a real scenario not everyone is gonna be well equipped or have a “fair advantage” such as is real survival and conflict, what’s important is that you adapt to the circumstances. Understandable if it’s an obvious OP meta weapon that everyone uses like the hbar back in the day and the bugle before both were nerfed from a gameplay perspective this was needed to encourage a variety of weapon useages. But when it comes to equipment, if your more prepared then your odds are better, if your not then play smart and work with what you have and maybe fight less, don’t feel compelled to fight if you encounter a geared player. You take that shot and see they have armor, pull out some distractions or suppressing fire then break contact. 🙂

    I actually kinda agree the melee system needs a total overhaul or as you say removal I think of better things I can key bind to that command. Which speaking of, an option re map our controllers would be a welcome help.

    Regular rounds technically shouldn’t do this depending on the surface, it’s more of a game mechanic than anything fmj is what should yield that result but interesting that you’ve tested and found that out though! Yes good lmg really needed maybe next season? 💁‍♂️

    A nice idea in terms of Object penetration however worth noting Fmj ammo retains a lot of its shape at high velocity, if they struck hard targets they could ricochet which might get trickier to program maybe? Idk could be cool to have ricochet mechanics 🙂 could also be super annoying. 🤷‍♂️ I dread to think of some extended mag assault rifle with fmj coming out to put the hbar and bugle to shame xD though truth be told we’re still waiting on a gold lmg coming out first!

    Agreed a similar Mechanic to the flashbang would be useful like shell shock for near miss mortar strikes, dust effects for sustained fire within an area? Like picture a snow map and snow mist is flying around caused by heavy fire, not talking assault rifles but large mag weapons like ppsh or an lmg, grenade explosion etc. Same for muddy terrain. Fighting on fields with hay everywhere have some hay flay about when shooting hay bales etc. Hmmm I like this! Sprintered wood too! The possibilities are endless!

    The devs have expressedly said they will never do that but people keep asking. I don’t want fishing in vigor but I do agree we need more happening in the shelter in some way.

    Ah yes how many times have I been killed by some scrub sprinting up on my ass with a vz58 or a bugle after neo’ing my bullets making his hit box smaller then drilling me with a full clip drop shot. Too many times to count with that one. As for the aiming and shooting, I’m okay with that to be honest but the zigzagging should be slowed as realistically this would slow ones momentum. 🧐

    I think a few others do too 😂 I like to post up constructive feedback and suggestions, people like that. I also like to reward anyone else putting up constructive ideas with some acknowledgment of my own. Hey the devs do respond to at least some of our feedback which demonstrates it’s works. Just nobody else mention fishing in the shelter okay?! 😂

    Yes!!! I too feel the pain of scrolling we I’m doing my material challenge I need cheap loadouts and getting to those loadouts can be a pain, either that or an option for multiple presets we can name?

    I myself have also had issues with cronos even have some clips of actual cheat engine use. Not sure how we can resolve this though without developers putting in money towards anti cheat software which frankly wouldn’t be viable given the smaller player base, remember this isn’t call of duty. Maybe a system that paints a hacker on the map to warn users as soon as the game detects abnormal player actions? Such a system exists in Witcher 3 in which an unkillable monster spawns and kills cheating players. Something to think about 💁‍♂️

    I agree that the gold magnum needs more love, it should indeed still get its stagger effect, perhaps a slight recoil reduction? It’s a slow firing 6 shooter so it’s not like we’re up close and personal with an smg.

    I believe this is a known issue it should get fixed in due course 😄👍 in the meantime try tracking outlanders by sound 😉 don’t always sprint take it in stages to sprint and lay low. Listen and watch for crows, open doors, sounds of a box being unlocked. List goes on trust me you’ll appreciate the slower play style

    Remember their common weapons so don’t expect much from a tier 1 weapon. The shotgun archetype got bugged because it was genuinely unrealistically inaccurate but again wouldn’t expect the same from pistols. I do agree though the common pistols are tricky to use. I would recommend the raffica in single fire, cheap, accurate and more fun to use especially close quarters in full auto.

    Mortar Strike Recalibration

    Not sure if the mortars in their current form were intended to deter players from a “smash and grab” tactic when it comes to the container or not. Couple of suggestions I can think of would be reducing the splash damage “shrapnel” effect first off. Perhaps the mortars from shooting container locks can last several seconds longer preventing players from leaving the container right away from a “Smash and grab”. A second solution might be to simplify the locks on the container. to clarify and summarise: 1: make shooting the locks a little more punishing as it’s all too tempting to bypass stealthy unlocks over speed. Personally I feel extending the mortar duration by at least 2.5 seconds or so would help and extend the range of the “alarm” by 1.5x to ping outlanders who shot it. 2: incentivise quiet unlocks a little more by tweaking the UI on the unlocking of containers to be more clear. I find the current interface “grey” and sometimes skim over the correct number in the tumblers leading to twice as long unlocking time. Nice solid green and a clearer sound on unlock. To balance it could be a matter of having a “blue box” unlock sound within earshot for each lock. But definitely due the finicky interactions with the locks this method currently isn’t very fun or doable given the multiple close spawns.

    To add to this please tweak the splash damage of the mortar. We find being in logically sound locations such as inside locked container too many of the shells hit people inside it and ultimately kill them Same with some buildings too.

    Just had a lovely game on victorsen in which I had a genuine dynamic teaming round. Spawned by container and started unlocking it and this guy with a suomi shows up and is about to shoot. Sees I’m unarmed as I brought nothing and we get emoting! We both unlock container, only one gun in there an svu but I non the less take only that with ammo and heals, an outlet guy shows up. We work together to kill him and I give the other guy his death box. Move to timed safe after hitting signal and I get times safe and airdrop before leaving ^_^ nice guy restored some faith that non toxic play still exists. Anyone else would murder even unarmed people. #unarmedoutlanderlivesmatter 😂

    Especially with the new season and all I’ve seen people just going for the cassette tapes at p.o.I I for one having them all leave any cassettes at such places so someone can swing by when things die down so they can grab a tape for their collection. Also have more fun bringing bolt action weapons. Enough to be a threat if I hit someone not enough to sprint around the map shooting blindly trying to wipe a lobby’s. it’s more fun as it results in longer standoffs 😄

    Randomness in Vigor is getting killed

    I mentioned before that I’d like to see a battle royale style mode where everyone goes in with nothing and has to scavenge randomised weapons and loot on the map. Have a smaller number of exits or perhaps no exit at all? Winner or winners if we allowed duos and trios get to head to an initially locked exit and can leave with whatever they found. Would need to flesh out the idea but a basic premise I like the idea of it.

    Foggy Maps and New Challenge System

    I would argue that the new challenge system is better in that they reintroduced free crown earning (albeit minimal 🤷‍♂️) to daily challenges and overall the value of the challenge rewards are way more new player friendly. Your actually getting more guns and materials from boosted crates this way than from the material boxes again More slowly. Some challenges like play 5 matches awards I believe armor plates and a green crate. Another is play 3 encounters with a friend for a blue crate. There are more challenging ones like become threat and kill a threat but those award crowns. My personal favourite, boost x number of times I think it’s 5 and it’s a guaranteed good crate and some other stuff. I do admit more tweaking needs doing with some of the challenges such as gain health with consumables and certain looting challenges but overall it’s actually better than it’s ever been. But anyway yes to address the other matters I do agree more weather variety would be nice I do see your point on that one as do I with the weapon loadouts I myself pack only common guns with a load of ammo looking purely for loot gains or good guns without giving anything away to anyone. My so called “trash to cash” method. Over 60million materials now this way never used a purple or higher in months maybe more xD

    Decoy consumeable

    More a suggestion rather than a bug but I feel the decoy is need of revision to be more realistic. All the shots are now too well spaced apart and frankly unbelievable other than to say to people your right there. I don’t know how much memory this takes up to program in but a more in depth revision of this item is needed. For instance adr shot sounds- almost nobody single fires that gun the way that it is portrayed here. An Hbar on the other hand would be (this is correct in the decoy) the adr noises should be short burst sounds maybe the odd full auto? It would be nice if the decoys were dynamic enough to select sounds based on weapons currently on map either what would be likely to be found in the container or barred house or notes whay players bring into those games and play only those weapon effects. if this cannot be changed then simply play testing more believable “fake exchanged shot scenarios” would help. Hbars and sniper should single shot as the decoy currently does full auto weapons like an smg, machine gun or assault rifle should be more full or semi auto. hopefully I’ve conveyed my point well enough? Sounds are too static not very lively and believeable
