    Founders Pack

    Hello, there - no matter when you bought Vigor - you will definitely receive the founder's pack. there was no limited time period or anything. Just buying it during the game preview period is enough. When it comes to receiving Founders pack items, there have been some issues that we have been working on. SO you will receive them pretty soon - closer to the full release of the game.

    Shoot through walls??

    Hello there. I saw a few similar posts for example on our reddit page - But the answer is simple - No. You cannot shoot through walls, or doors in Vigor. We have looked into those reported issues but always discovered that the shot actually came from a different angle. You can always tell from where is the shooting coming from thanks to the indicator. However since you clearly stated that you were actually inside of the barred house, I will make sure to forward this information to the team so we can be sure. But you definitely shouldn't be able to shoot through walls. Hope this helped.

    Mouse support?

    Hello there, and an excellent question. We do, in fact, plan to add the mouse and keyboard support. However, as you already know the game is still in the game preview and we are still developing it. The full release of Vigor is planned for Q1 this year, and only after that, after everything is finished and polished we will start adding new things like mouse&keyboard support. So yes, mouse and keyboard support is coming but you will have to wait for a little longer 🙂 Hope this helped

    Character Reset at Launch

    Hello there and thank you so much for asking. Yes, there will definitely be a wipe of progression of some kind before the full release. That I can say for sure. Before the F2p release, we will be obviously delivering massive changes and fixes into the game so the wipe would be unavoidable. But this way we will also make sure to create a fair environment for both - new and old players. BUT - we are already discussing all of the possibilities how can we compensate - at least partially - this loss to our players. There I no exact plans yet so I do not want to make any promises. But we are currently discussing the possibility of giving something back to the players as a compensation to the progress loss. Hope this helped.

    weapon blueprints

    Blueprints need to be looted from crates. When u have one you can craft the gun and ammo for a cost of materials - Weapon parts (icon with a spring) Can be looted from the maps and crafted into weapons Each weapon require a set number of parts to craft. Hope this helped. :)

    Hello there and first of all thank you so much for your kind words. But me personally I find it much more exciting and thrilling t open the safe by holding X, as it takes a certain amount of time - as it would IRL and it leaves you in constant fear that someone might come after you any minute. But that is just my personal preference. :) I will make sure to pass your input to the team :)

Just to make sure - has any of you experienced the black screen issue since our last update? - Black Screen at the beginning of the encounter - gets you stuck at the waiting for players note (Last update happened at November 7th - you can read the patch notes right here: We believe that this issue was already taken care of. But want to be 100% sure.
  25. Morning Outlanders and I'm terribly sorry for all the last minute info today. So first things first - We had a surprise prepared for you as we were changing the map rotation, but due to an issue on our end - as the map rotation has to be done manually - there were sadly no maps available for a short period of time. We a sorry for all the troubles this might have caused. - But this downfall comes with a price. We changed our map rotation! So now there will be only one map available at a time and the rotation will happen after 24 hours! That's right much faster map rotation just went live! So please do not hesitate and Let us know what do you think ⬇️
