when i tried to play it says i was perm banned but i did nothing wrong and on it it says i was emailed something but when i look nothing 0x2000

Well yes I accidentally team killed but I don’t focus on team killing and I rarely use team chat or in game chat and yes I did glitch but I stopped when a guy said that you can get in trouble or it so I stop and I was just staring when that happened that was like when I was lvl 3 and I didn’t expect to be perm banned for a first mishap and I didn’t get an email but it says an email was sent
