[Arma3][Recruiting][NA/EU]8th Infantry Division Thank you for your interest in the 8th Infantry Division A3. We are a small, but friendly community that enjoys playing A3 in a tactical and organized fashion without the need of a hassle that a strict hardcore environment would bring along. Our simple rank structure purely denotes member responsibilities (aka are organisational). We do not lock kits and vehicles to certain ranks neither but instead work on a qualification system. As long as you pass the qualification course for a certain role you want, you can play as it as much as your hearth desires (if of course, someone else does not beat you to it). As life is, we understand that you may not be able to attend every event we host. Nobody will scream at you if you cannot attend every Saturday (but we do like you to tell us first, so that we may adjust the events if needed) and as such, you are free to join as a reserve member of the unit. THE QUALIFICATIONS WE OFFER ARE: Basic Medic and Advanced Medic - Basic medic can do ACE Basic medical, Advanced Medic is capable of doing Advanced medical. Armor Crewman - Capable of driving, gunning, and commanding an APC, IFV, or any armored asset that will be a part of the mission. Mortar Crewman - Capable of deploying and firing the M252 81mm Mortar system in support of troop movement. Combat Engineer - Responsible for the transportation of supplies, the disarming of explosives, the demolitions of obstacles and enemy assets, repairing of vehicles, and clearing enemy route denial systems (minefields). Rotary Wing Aviator - basic and Advanced- Basic pilots are qualified to operate transport helicopters. Advanced pilots can operate attack and reconnaissance helicopters.
