White Foliage EVERYWHERE!

Hello there I've recently bought Arma 3 Apex and just started it up today.I went into the editor to start to get a feel for the controls, but when I get onto any map, I can see white textures appearing and disappearing only in places with a lot of foliage. I tried reinstalling the game but the problem still pursued. Please help. This game look really fun.

Hey can anyone help me/ I'm having white flashing foliage on the terrain. Also, some parts of the game have no sound.
