Judging by the front sights and stock that Mosin Nagant is probably Finnish M/27 or M/28, not Russian one. It looks good however, and I wouldn't want to see it removed. The differences compared to Russian Mosin Nagant's are improved firing mechanism, better barrel, better sights (with adjustable fron sight) and a bit sturdier and beefier stock.
