I had the same problem. All you need to do is go to your Arma 3 Install Directory and copy the dll and paste it into the p drive: copy from here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Dll\x86 then paste into here: P:\dll\x86 Hope that helps :D
