Yeah, IRL Recce callsigns would use the dual GPMG's while FSP callsigns would mount heavy weapons. Its all the same vehicle thanks to the wonders of the universal weapons mount (Will take everything from LMG to GMG) Pics related

Awesome! Would be a great option for mission makers where they don't want the players to duke it out with the enemy (Recce scenarios etc.) Unfortunately players being players will always choose to use the big gun so we mission makers need to take their toys away :(

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask are you guys planning on releasing any lighter armed vehicles? (E.g WMIK/Jackal with GPMG on top instead of 50 cal) I'm working on a concept and the abundance of 50 Cals is proving to be a hindrance rather than a help, so these would be a fantastic substitute! (Who would have thought that there could be too much firepower? :/ ) As always keep up the great work, can't wait to see what you have planned next

At the moment just the LR mounted one, but the team said theres a tripod version coming

I know it doesnt exist as a standalone weapon, but the WMIK mounted version works just fine and the missiles are in the game and working, they just dont appear in VA or in the EDEN editor This means that your MILAN WMIKs are limited to just the 4 shots they spawn with unless you set up some sort of resupply system (I'm assuming the modules will refill them although I havnt tried) Since every other heavy weapon ammo is available I figured it was a bug that the MILAN ammo wasnt so I reported it

Not sure if this belongs here or in vehicles but since the MILAN is a weapon I'll stick it here The MILAN tubes don't appear as an option when editing gear in either the EDEN editor or on the VA, not sure if this is intentional or not Similarly 60mm mortar bombs appear in the EDEN editor but NOT in the VA (As extra magazines, they appear fine while you have an M6)

This is a randomisation script the 3CB guys use The easiest way around it is to spawn NATO units and then just give them the 3CB kit you want them to have Theres also a module you can use to adjust the settings but I havnt used it in about 3 updates so I'm not sure what the current options are

Pretty much all the scenarios I've ever seen for this map have been based in NI (Except one which was based around an invasion of the Republic by the UK) Project OPFOR have an NI pack with IRA/UVF which would go well with the older stuff in 3CB for this P.s Slightly off topic but is the IDF mod still supported? -
On a similar vein you could add a convoy lights when your vehicle is blacked out This is a small white light usually on the middle back of a vehicle (IVO the rear number plate) that is invisible from any direction other than the rear, making it easier to follow other vehicles while blacked out Dunno if its possible/worth implementing but it would be an interesting thing to see

RHS may be able to help you If I remember correctly their Russian GAZ 4x4 with the PKM/AGS cupola is actually 2 seperate turrets with a single gunner get in point If you look at it in the virtual arsenal you can see its two different turrets Might be worth looking into :) Its only a minor thing anyway, overall fantastiv work as always!

Loving the release so far guys! I was just wondering is there any way to have the top cover in the Snatch face rear rather than front? At the moment any vehicle packets are pretty open P.s I know the guys in the back can FFV if they open the doors but that leaves the vehicle quite exposed so hence why I'm asking about the cover man

GREF adds generic content from all over the world, its not region specific so it would be useful for every single "region" Afghanistan uses a huge amount of American equipment as does Iraq (As you said) so you would need all 3 Africa uses whatever they can get and alot of it is ex NATO so again all 3 are useful Even the Ukraine has a fair amount of American gear these days so every single region benefits from having all 3 RHS mods The mod already has dependencies for RHS USAF and AFRF, adding GREF adds a huge amount of content with a minimal increase in overall modpack size Essentially your asking the mod maker to make 3 or 4 versions of his mod just so you can save on having to dl GREF.... when the only reason he is adding the GREF dependency is to make a better product for you.... Its his mod, if he thinks GREF will make it better then its his choice

It already uses RHS.... The only thing being added is GREF which is tiny compared to the other 2...

While yes thats true its my understanding that RHS is pretty much standardised in how they do things, so it shouldn't cause any issues to add GREF to the dependencies I personally think its the right choice as GREF adds a huge amount of "generic" content that a mod like Project Opfor can only benefit from

Your vehicles are certainly the gold standard of vehicles available for arma.... all the quality of RHS plus extra (and ACE compatible) content Is the screenshot you linked of the WMIK with the Jav tube attached to the sand channel similar? I.e if there are Jav tubes in the inventory they appear and disappear if there isn't? Either way its a really cool aesthetic

Its just clicked in my head but will people actually have to be loaded onto stretchers to be put in the back of the BFA? (Are stretchers even in game?) Or is it just a get in back option?

Just found this mod and started testing it It's going to make VCP's in our next deployment about 1000 times better! Thank you for all your hard work man, I'll try get some cool screenshots of us searching vehicles
