I know I'm really late to this post, however, I'm having the same issue on my dedicated server. It refuses to load my custom missions and the rpt. file keeps saying that the missing addon is rhsusf_c_troops. I'm not sure if this is a recurring issue with RHS. Cyprus if you could let me know how exactly you fixed the issue it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
