I am getting the exact same issue, it is definately something to do with windows 10 and Arma 3. It worked fine on seven for me. I have upgraded to 10 on a clean install, installed latest drivers for my soundcard and graphics card and it's stuttering extremely badly. My Specs: I5 3470 @ 3.2Ghz GTX 560Ti 1Gb @ 1680 x 1050 8Gb Ram I was able to get a decent average of about 50 - 60 frames on windows 7 with settings on high - very high with vision distance on about 70 - 80 • The game takes forever to open and goes into a state of no response. • General stuttering not too severe though • When opening the map, inventory, menu (Any element of the UI) the game practically freezes and takes 30 - 60 seconds to load the map. This is definately a windows 10 related issue.
