Today I am suddenly getting this error message;
addon 'aia_takistan_config' requires addon 'aia takistan data'
or
addon 'aia_roads2_config' requires addon 'aia_roads2_data'
Everything loads fine after I click on OK, I can call up previously created missions in the editor or SP but when I load a saved game it tells me the game can't load because of deleted content (showing all the AiA pbo's). It is as if the mod isn't loading anymore.
I suspected corruption so I reinstalled the mod, I moved it up in the Arma launcher so it is listed near the top, I uninstalled a weapons mod that I installed earlier (It should not have had any impact on this error but when you can't find the cause you retrace your steps...).
I could not find anything on line that shows a solution to this.
If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.
P.S. sorry if this is the wrong thread for this.
Delete 'aia_takistan_config' and unpack all .pbo's from aia archive , if you havent this "roads" data, try to download AiA files once again

So i'm not the only one.... I hope some of developers read this topic, bacuse this is a little strange, and i'm not sure to create ticked on feedback tracker.....

You do not need to worry about this. The savefiles size is in just a few kb per save file. I highly doubt that you would have so many saves to make at least some difference on your PC (lets say 250mb even on SSD).
Well today i had 540mb of savegame size, month ago it was 760mb. Something is wrong here.

Is it normal that in Chernarus all doors are locked?
Yes and not. I mean most of building are exterior - without any interior, so they are locked - allways look at the windows - if they arent transparent, and you cant se interior through it, it locked, if you see interior it will be opened.

Just to be clear : Stucking in jumping animation in the air often in buildings, floating bugs, walking through walls (specially AI) isnt AIA or CUP bug, or it isnt ANY OTHER ISLAND DEVELOPERS BUG. It vanilla game bug. Wanna clear example? Put some vehicle on the tight road surrounded by houses (Stratis or Altis) and order your AI folks to get in, watch their pathes. Other example, get 4 man squad (with AI only) and get in any big building, watch how Ai will stuck in random places. DO THIS ALL TESTS WITHOUT ANY MOD IF YOU DONT BELIEVE ME. THEN ASK DEVELOPERS TO "FIX THIS". Its impossible till bohemia work this out, but they writed its ipossible to fix AI walking through walls. This bug have nothing to do with collision files.

I have the same issue. Try RHS with addons and after RHS with A3 vanilla. Always same bug. Why this?
Thats beacuse RHS released update (it was working without errors), THEN Arma 3 was updated to 1.52. And shit started to appear.

Is there anyway to attach a flashlight to any of the Russian weapons? If not is there a scripting alternative to fake it?
There will be flashlights in next update, for now there is no possibility.

I have one feedback. I live near the airport and the forest, so i can hear choppers while they are far away, i actually hear them first, and later i see them. In arma engine its totally wrong - rotor air vehicles are hearable from same distance like tanks, which isnt realistic. They should be hearable from 1,5km quiet, 1km louder, and 500 meters just like now on 300m.

Ist possible to port over rhs Sounds to work like JSRS. But thats a long term process and would require a lot of new sounds for theire weapons. Like the distance sounds and tails fitting the idea.

Yeah, but you may know, Laxeman is working on sounds for RHS. All sounds delivered by your mod is enough - finally normal explosions, soniccracks are breaking the barier of happyness, and battle finally sounds like battle, not some forest party ;) Converting JSRS sounds over RHS can be done, but in my opinion, it can wait, beacuse RHS team is changing sounds almost every update. Off course some of them are not changed since first release (little annoying PKM sound) but i hope Laxeman is onto it.

I play with RHS too (I cant imagine gameplay without it) and i dont think this is bug. This clicking sound is soniccrack.

Had the same issue with Ravage showcase mission... maybe a new engine bug introduced on 1.54 update, it happens after a "cold reload" (when you close arma, open it again and reload a saved mission)

Exacly. Its pity, i wanted to find the fuel truck :( Some shooter destroyed my uaz and i can only walk now. BTW is the fuel truck near the boat or far? I was searching many cities and cant find it. And surviwors, cant wait tomorrow to test it. Did anyone have problem with open options when mission is re-loaded?

After founding a boat i cannot drive any other vehicle than i drive to the boat (uaz). When i get in anu other vehicle i cannot move - engine is working, condition is perfect, but vehicle is freezing (wheels are rotating).

Damm, i cant load savegame..... it says there is missing addon Utes, even if i have loaded all terrains. Its annoying, i spent 2 hours on very long single player mission and i cant load the savegame now.

20-30 FPS... Its not so bad. But if its unplayable, try to play on other serwer with vanilla content only, also check this in single player (editor for example). Off course write about the resoult. Maybe serwer is configured wrong (long draw distance?). Take in account, that Arma 3 is not best optimalised, so 20-30 FPS is very good resoult, specially on your rigs.

Many works with scripts and i think this not interesting for many people. Now we record female voice for our mod. Details i posted later. About An-12 - this plane ready. I hope we'll release them with ones of update.
