I mean i havent any options in action menu at all (from mission like change loadout , skip time, toggle camera, toggle killcam etc) from the mission begin, but on Altis those options are present. About the music - there is one song very quiet, but with very loud bass.

Cant stop playing it. I've got few suggestions:
- Delete or change music with this... big bass level - i fell like storm is coming :)
- i havent options such as skip time, change loadout on stratis map - still testing - i was playing on RC version of game and i had it, now on stable it seems to disapear - are they presnet on all your missions?
- more enemy armour please (T-72, BMP) :D -
New system is fine people, dont complain about it. It makes modding much easier now, just all mods must be configured for it, as it support diferent method now. We should thank Bohemia for it, now all sound issues are gone for me. Just temponrary disable all audio mods and check vanilla content - not cool? - imagine same features with your favourite soundmod + modded content - happy? Beacuse I am.

New sound engine isnt terrible - its revolution in arma. Believe me, now half of mods are not working, but after month you will be happy they applied it. Now we have fully Stereo ! :D

I have no experience with AI in tanks but i do have to agree that tank physics and handling are bad in A3 unlike the vehicles we had in A2:CO.
Even when you hit a small bush you get bumped away for like 100m or just got airborne ending up upside down... Weird stuff.
Was hoping to see the same A2 Tank physics/handling implemented in A3.

Agree. They could just apply A2 "physX" at least temponrary, untill they fix the problems. Its terrible and barelly playable for me now.

Congrats, you have miserably failed at not offending. Please feel free to post a list of weapons/optics that you feel are not up to your standards. We will tell you which we intend to **cough** touch up or not.

Insulting developers in your post is not very constructive, have you actually created a feedback ticket?
I have never experienced this issue with AI reversing, are you running any AI Mods? As this will alter default AI behaviour
Im not insluting anyone (dont know why i have been warn), i just rying to understand this games from developers. Tickest are reported since 6 months, and even 2 years. This was writed on the begin of post. Problem with and without mods.

As i'm trying to be up-to-date with all news from Arma developers and troubles, as a big fan of arma game i cant understant one thing.
How is this possible, after such long time, after so many posts everywhere - on facebook, on feedback tracker, here on forums - ai still cannot drive reverse in tanks. More, they act so shameless they marked this problem as resolved. I'm still unable to move tank reverse when I"M COMANNDER. There is tousands of examples over the youtube showing the problem is still present, and developers are playing stupid the problem dont exist. Is there any human words explaining this behavior?
To get straight - maybe not everyone are up-to-date with this issue.
Problem is famous command "Reverse" ordered by (S) key IN TRACKED VEHICLES. They got fixed this in open fields, but if there is ANY object few meters from tank, AI driver got crazy, and spining vehicle around - making circles. Off course making circles in this game by tracked vehicles is extremally dangerous TOO - physX errors is throwing your tank with around 100km/h in random direction, so most often you simply die from the crash force. Is this normal people? How there is possible developers are not seing problem with it? VCOM_AI_Driver is fixing problem with whelled vehicles. Is there any mod fixing just the reversing problem?-

I agree with that-i can hear my ai squad shouting in firefights now and it is awesome.I just meant that my character when giving normal orders is a little loud.It is by no means an issue-I was just wondering if there was a config or something where I could lower it slightly.it really is fine though :)
There is Radio volume option in menu - its responsible for such voiceas as your character.

But voice is very quiet in game itself. Volume from dunasound is perfect, i finally hear non-radio voices loud and clear like on real battlefield. Let it as it is. Quieter voices are on DragonFyre, and people want it louder.... On real battlefield soldiers are screaming, soit is very good now.

There are multiple options to choose from and I'm not sure what is correct for me. If I play single player is my best option JSRS3 V2? If so, I then I see a SP v2.01 which would make it JSRS3 V2.01. With this option I then have a part B question. After downloading both JSRS3 V2 and JSRS3 V2.01 should I,...
1) Merge them together (some files are then overwritten) or,
2) Activate them both independantly in my Arma 3 Launcher?
Secondly, If I play coop with one other person should I use the same option as above or should my coop partner (who is serving) run the sound mod. If he runs the mod do I hear the new sounds from his PC or do I still need to run JSRS on my PC?

No, no, 2.01 is patch, so if you downloaded 2.00, and 2.01, you should extract files from 2.01 OVER the 2.00 and override 2.00 files.

It was hapening on AiA maps, on normal stratis it was little bit quieter, but not so much as on AIA.... So, yeah, maps fault. another year of waiting for the fix (from AIA > CUP developers).... Love the changes.

Seems to only work when inside some buildings, not very pronounced either but there. I'm suffering from 3rd person low-volume sounds on stable as well.
Yes, but it happen only with vanilla weapons. Try to use RHS mod, and you will see it working perfectly.

I feel your pain. There's a command called driverOverride that can let you control the tank directly and override AI driver, but I have no idea how to script it.
Init field of unit in editor? I have checked it long time ago, but it wasnt working... :( I'm gonna made my first mod, maybe i'll start today, it will change FSM files. I will try also to make teammates moving in safemode directly behind you - as this is not fixed, beacuse they got raised weapons after enemy contact, and move very slow. 2 years of waiting is enough for me. I wanna see Developers face when i (totally amateur in coding) fix it. I will do this mod specially for this reaction.

Sorry for undigging issue/topic but for me this is unacceptable they still are ignoring this issue. I want they saw the issue is still gamebreaking in every aspect.

Is there any way to "learn" ai drivers to drive backwards? I'm sic when they rotating whole vehicle instead of reversing. We have 2015 year, arma was released in 2013, and its playable like games from 1990.... there must be some way to reversing.... please help.

I still cant believe tanks cannot drive reverse.... after so long time. Try to make them driving reverse near any object - they will simply start to rotate. Village, city, no matter where. In case when you havent enough already, there comes physx faailures.... people, arma 3 isn playable for me, and it will not be playable after next decades, if they will not start fixing bugs started 2 years ago (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). Never seen slower support EVER.

I have a problem with putting people (AI) in cargo of C-130J - one man can be putted inside by "this moveincargo [plane name]" but rest of people cannot be putted in cargo, they just spawn on ground. Man spawned inside is sitting in pilot cabin. How to spawn them in rear cargo part? I tried "this moveincargo ["plane", 1]" and all numbers but it didnt helped. Overall init field looks like this :
a addBackpack "B_Parachute"; a moveincargo ["plane", 5] - off course with different numbers on the end, unit name "a" - did i done something wrong? -
Wow, just found that topic, previously saw this photos on facebook page and... i'm impressed. I cant hide my hope for some Russian transport plane for VDV like Il-76 or An 124.... Today i tested cargo for C-130 and it work shameless good :D Cant wait for next airplanes and AA tanks.
