I cannot repair tacks in RHS vehicles, and tracers from normal rifles are like 30 mm. Please dont tell me to create next account this time on ACE feedback tracker - i've got account on almost every mod feedback tracker. -

I have strange problem with javelin - if some of AT guys is down, i cant take his javelin - i need to "gear" on it mltiple times to get it working, but most the time when i gear on javelin, M4 is spawning under it, and on gear list i have only M4 or inventory of AT guy (no weapons), just like javelin is transparent.- 16577 replies

This comes to Arma 3 engine. Its since OFP, and can be solved by few AI mods. Bcombat, ASR_AI3, try even ACE 3. One thing that pain the most is hitpoints for US vehicles - abrams is almost undestroyable, and bradley is allways hitted in turret instead in hull - that makes US armored vehicles immortal. Yesterday we was playing with Bad_tankman (again) and we was sitting in T-90A (thanks again for our favourite vehicle). We was split on varuius position - i was driver he was commander, but we had AI gunner (rest of crew was dead, so we get in the crewed tank) AI gunner shoot 7 times to abrams (2 on front - main gun damaged, rest in sides - SMALL DAMAGE) at distance of 300 meters - abrams was still moving all around, same as bradley after 4 hits, then our Anti-Armor rounds was finished, few ATGM DID not do their job. i taked RPG-7 with Tandem Heat, and wasnt able to disable the abrams wit 2 hits on upper part of hull. It was Bad Tankman's mission on some Stratis city with port. Please fix it, it is really annoying. Bradley allways get hit in turret what makes no damage on hull Ai will fire endlessly at him.- 16577 replies

Its beacuse budget - they created their own engine to safe the money, now they can employ more workers and... buy a tank :/

Read MY POST AGAIN. I didnt writed they should force all on RAM. I just writed they could give more sources to RAM and GPU. AI is one of most CPU eater, next are textures/objects. They should split it better, CPU utilisation is something what i called NO.1 , please read my posts before such commenting.

Man, do you know what you have done!? Its one of best maps i seen! This map have almost same climat as Stratis or Altis, and i think it should be officially as third map! Streets are little too tight, but for cars they are fine. Its Epic, fantastic, DOESNT require any other mod, and its weight is 144 mb (180mb unpacked). Avesome Job man! :cheers:

yyyyy, it seems they just deleted original configs, but it still work for RHS and Vanilla.

Very silly question. What is wrong to get more sources depend on RAM? It will have same resoult. Ram is almost unused, THATS WHY I CARE ABOUT RAM.

Since 24 march year ago problem still exist, and it clearly means developer pissed of on us..... Its really shame, so powerfull engine, and so much bugs, and even less support. I hope they finally fix it, beacuse this one makes game unrealistic, destroy whole climat of warfare and makes game unplayable. PhysX is knee since years as well (tanks make a "jum" for meters away, killing its crew or damagin itself, or just showing straigt under enemy fire). When tanks become operatable at least?

Max ram usage in MSI afterburner 1,8 GB - game fps under 20. -maxmem=5000. So?

It will be sensless if they fix armor, and vehicles will still jumps like a rabbits (PhysX failures). They even cant reverse like they should. For me the game will be never finished and modders will need to take BIS job for them. Thats only my 2 cents. You did great job, Arma 3 still exist BEACUSE PEOPLE LIKE YOU. Without you this would be just dummy engine with few features.

Like i writed, i never had more RAM memory usage than 1,5 gb. NEVER. After all i tried. About CPU - i know, and that why i bother. GPU should take on its shoulders more things like Anisotopy (its CPU in default, but i know a trick how to force it on GPU), Particle effects (It really can slow the game down), SHADOWS, and clouds, that must be fixed after two years - what they can do more than fixing it?).

Dear Bohemia Interactive.... I'm really tired of the bugs in this game, i never seen slower support in my history. Most gamebraking bugs are reported since 2 years and ARE NOT FIXED. You told me its not easy and it require more people to fix - Correct me if i'm wrong, but it seems you have enough people to work on DLC's and other NEW FEATURES, so if they will stop work on new features and start FIXING the game, it will be 100, or 1000 % better choice, i think all players here agree with me. One is PhysX - flying tanks - totally unacceptable after so long time after release! All companies, even EA correct bug like this on first place.... Second is Tank reversing - "fixed" in 10 %.... (look at feedback tracker - some guy, or girl report this before me) - AI still rotate tanks instead driving reverse in MOST CASES in cities or in cover. And optimalisation - that the thing - optimalisation should be work all the time in the bacground of other fixes, and it seems to be left in 2013. Now your workers work on Tanoa with smile in their faces, beacuse they know how it gonna finish - "damm turkeys! He shooted me in the face! Where the hell is he!"...... That how it will be looks like - Ai shooting through bushes, and player traiing to find him with 10 FPS and ogly vegetation rendered on first 2 LOD..... (beacuse of framerate). Problem is the game dont use fully potential of CPU. I tried EVERY SINGLE OPTION, ADDON, TRICK, PARAMETER, TWEAK, OVERCLOCKING, SYSTEM CHANGES TO OPTIMALISE, and nothing seems to work with lot of ai (not really lot - just same much as in real attack defend missions, not quiet operations - its named SIMULATION - right?). AI is on CPU, ok, but they are taking almost whole CPU, right bahind the objects and textures. But where in this all is RAM???????? People have 8, 16 and more and game uses 1,5gb MAX, even with start parameter -maxmem=8000. Now GPU. Its not more than 30-40% of usage, BIS, please fix it. My suggestion is : - Force Objects, and textures render on RAM and (Less!) on CPU - Force AI patchfinding only for CPU or only for RAM (if for RAM, please exclude ram from the line above). Let AI be on one one component. - Force game engine to fully use all cores of CPU. (NO 1 Priority for all people involved in Arma 3 developing) - Then fix major issues reported for so long, all feature request put on second plan. Please tell me, is this so hard? Organize the work is first thing before working, i showed you how to do this, believe me, all games made by this strategy works best on any PC. Instead of making mad beacuse of my post, start thinking that i can have right. All games runs fine on my PC, so its not its fault: i5, 4690 4 x 3,5 Ghz (3,9 in turbo which i use in arma) 2 GB VRAM gigabyte Radeon R9 270oc 8GB RAM HyperX (2x4GB in dual mode) 1600MHz 1 TB HDD 7200 rpm Western Digital (please save your time game will be runing better on SSD - i tried and i gain 4 FPS max)

I had directly the same error message, but it was on stable branch as well - i downloaded mod via updaters and that was the problem. I fixed it by downloading whole new packs AFRF and USAF- 16577 replies

Thanks :) I actually was meaning the jets are really hard tu turn in the air - they loose too much speed while maneuvers. But thanks, i end this topic as moderator request ;)- 16577 replies

Well, there is one thing that breaks jet gameplay in Arma series. I'm not a pilot, but making a fast turn in the air is impossible in arma - jest is slowing down too fast, even SU-35 and F-18 are not so sh*tty as arma engine render it (with modded planes off course). One more thing are laser guided bombs - AI infantry dont using laser designators = bombs are almost useless.- 16577 replies

I did it, and i dont recomend it for now, as it have lot more bugs than AIA. Developers still working on fixing them, but falling walls, FPS issues, transparent objects, shadow bugs..... its like early stages of AIA. -

Love the sounds of bombs from A-10, but artillery explosions should be little louder..... Personally i stopped using any sound mods. If i play with RHS i dont use any other mods, except equivalent small addons like this that ACE contain, CBA, Bcombat and map packs from Arma 2. RHS sounds really good, as laxemann started to cooperate with them. Besides that JSRS was great, till Bohemia changes all sounds configs and messed firefights, so i dont hear the shooter 50 meters from me (his gun), but only his sonic cracks. Instinctly i search him for longer distance, but damm, i'm dead in few seconds. Thats why i stoped using Soundmods and waiting till Bohemia fix what they messed up. More over JSRS as writed above, change vanilla content, which means (while using RHS) only explosions - is there a sense using more than 2 GB mods only for explosions, which dont work perfect (again Bohemia changes - explosion are too quiet)? I will use JSRS one day, when i decise to play vanilla content which will propably never happen as it is too futurealistic, and i cant look at CSAT uniforms (looking like predator's) and this gloves with metal finish.... Game reminds me more Star Wars than normal warfare - all this vehicle design.... God, why they didnt put normal blackhawk? But yeah, its a diferent story, diferent topic, and that was my 2 cents, and it doesnt change the fact, that JSRS is a king of sound mods.

Guys, did you stopped your fantastic work? I wonder how you made so great working Russian Radio Protocols...... You could create Russian Radio's as separate addon for opfor units.
