Gunter what files do you need to run a multiplayer/coop server for IFA3?

Had to give and got it working with PWS.

I have always had those files, it's just like the launcher cannot see them, you can see the Lib_sov_characters file in the screenshot. When I added the @IF3m folder you sent me it did come up with a different set of files it could not access but again they were the in the folders. I will have a look back and see if I can find a solution in this forum. No offence to anyone but I do not like the look of PWS, like it has adds and that really puts me off using it.

Ran the conversion tool again and it is a smaller folder size than yours @IF 5.24 GB (5,633,958,717 bytes). My @IF folder is smaller, I will run the conversion tool again and see what happens.

Hi Gunter Just wondering if you mind posting the file sizes of each folder in bytes, I might then be able to see if anything has not either been converted/downloaded correctly.

I don't have the @IFA3M because the patch will not run, but i have tried to start the mod without that and with it in the start line. Arma3 starts and I can see all the DLC single player missions for IF and I have tried to start them, but there is lots of stuff missing so they will not start. I downloaded the IFA3SA through the torrent has anyone had any problems with that being corrupted.

Hi Gunter I have tried to start it with the line you posted, it does not work, I have the steam version. I tried the launcher you suggested and made a shortcut and edited the start line neither worked.

Hi Gunter I have been trying to install using your manual instructions and I am having a couple of problems. When I tried to start the mod the first time which you tell us to do before applying the patches I had this come up "Addon 'AiA_infantry_IF' requires addon 'LIB_sov_characters'", I looked through the files and found both exist. Also I tried to patch and the patches do not see the IF install in my arma3 folder, I have tried to unzip the patch but that is not working. Cheers for any help.
