  1. If it is like the old R3F then they stay put so long as the server is up. There was a code that worked with ALIVE persistence to save the placement of objects too, but it was always a little buggy. You could associate costs with things drawn from the creation factory, so there was a limit on what could be put up based on that.
  2. Awesome, waiting till you get it solid with ALIVE, then I'll bust into it. :D
  3. Another question. When I modified R3F for my old unit's uses I figured out how to work it so that each box had a size and things like a big cargo container could not be stored in a humvee, will those type of options still be there?
  4. Awesome bud, keep up the good work.
  5. Thanks for the reply, most of the guys I play with love ALIVE and we have used R3F to pack up and build whole bases before, lots of fun. Thanks again for modernizing this.
  6. Will this have the ability to work with ALIVE? The previous edition worked with a script to save to persistent servers, just wondering if this works the same way. Thank you for all your work on this, the previous mod was great but definitely needed updating.
  7. Not true now, thought it was in the past. https://www.marinecorpstimes.com/story/military/2015/10/26/commandant-approves-m4-standard-rifle-marine-corps-infantry/74593750/
  8. Looks great, will definitely have it's uses in ALIVE and I have a lot of friends who were way into BF2 and would love this.

  10. Good stuff as always TxT, keep it up bro. Does the PLS one have the rear wheel steer? Like the LVSR? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oshkosh_Logistic_Vehicle_System_Replacement_(LVSR)
  11. Fair enough. It was stated as a Willys Jeep, is that really the M151 MUTT?
  12. Pity about the MULE, was hoping we could have this... :D

    CH-46 Knight

Question that hopefully hasn't already been asked or answered... Are the blades on this going to have an option to be packed away so it can fit packed in on the deck of a LHD? Thanks for this helo btw, it is one that is definitely needed in this game.
  15. I would love every vehicle in this vid... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQEDojPZ7YI Including that MULE.
  16. Sorry if it has been asked. Are you guys working/talking with flanders25 about his CH-46? https://forums.bistudio.com/topic/187119-ch-46-knight/

The road was from a deal way way back with a Native American tribe there near Ketchikan where the US used their tribal lands for a radar station during Korea and they got a road... they finally built it in the late 90s, don't think it was complete till like 2003. I was there as the safety and environmental NCO. Got to drive around in that old old CUCV and tell National Guardsmen almost old enough to be my grandpa to slow down using their quarry trucks and wear hearing protection, etc. We used to have this metal cover insert for ours that you would put in and then starch the snot out of it before ironing. All that starch made everything fade, so I'm really glad you got that covered. I'll be making some missions with your mod for sure, do wish we had some 900 series 5 tons for Arma 3 though. Does this work with ALiVE mod btw or have you thought about that?

You are very welcome. Also about the rolled sleeves, usually in any sorts of training or deployment where you have your rifle you are not supposed to roll them up; or at least that was the case in the 90s. Commanders could set it so that if you were in camp or whatnot you could roll them up but out and about in vehicles, with rifles or on foot you had to roll them down. We normally had to unroll anytime we had a pack on, even if it was just a platoon hump for training. I had green or blue coveralls on a lot of the time when operating vehicles on base and we had to switch out to "Cammies" when we went on any sort of training op. We had to blouse our boots with boot bands, which are rubber band or metal springs with hooks you wrapped around the upper part of your boot, then tucked the cuff of the pants over and underneath to hold them in place. We also had to iron our "Cammies" which I've heard isn't done now, which produced those button fades as you see on Delta Hawk's Marine. We still shined our boots and had to even iron the hell out of our covers (hat) to make sure we were looking the part. I was in from 97-01 (got out 2 months before 9/11) and this was all true for my air wing stationed self lol.

Thank you so much for doing this. I think you got it spot on. http://i.imgur.com/jWFO7KH.jpg That is me in 29 Palms around 1998, I think you hit the nail on the head. I still have those green on black jungles for mowing the lawn. Here is the album I uploaded to Imgur if you need references for late 90s Heavy Equipment, 29 palms, Operation Alaskan Road and just my daily crap. http://imgur.com/a/BsUpM Keep it up though Delta Hawk, I'm digging your work.
  20. JLTV is not the same vehicle as the M-ATV which Arma copied for their "Hunter", they do look similar behind the hood though. Really good model Kuvangc!
  21. I would love to see some pics of the LVSR if that is possible at some point.

I would love it if these worked with Alive, if there is any chance of that.

    US Military Mod (80s 90s)

Looks great and has the well worn aesthetic that really makes it pop and authentic. If you can make the USMC 8 point cover then that pic will look like me from 1998 lol. Would love to see someone do the old CUCVs at some point too, they were obscure some places but there wasn't a base that I didn't see at least one putting around.

Make sure you put the class names of the vehicles to tow and ones that will do the towing, they are two separate categories.
