  1. Planning on experimenting with putting "pathway" type roads underneath the pavements in the alleyways for AI to follow.
  2. So apparently between the hours of 11pm to 3am are a good time to do things.
  3. We are not dead. Just been asleep for a while...
  4. It might not affect gameplay, but it affects server performance. When every client is telling the server that they have this error, the server can get backlogged with requests. Also it causes missions on a dedicated server to be loaded twice because the first time the server kicks you back to the lobby due to the error. So might not affect gameplay, but it is still a problem.
  5. After update, the FAL's now have a dependency for the AK's and anything with a UGL throws up and error when you get to the main menu.
  6. I may be, being dumb, but i don't see any sound files in the ACRE folder? The plugin folder that comes with the ACRE download just contains DLL files. The Extras folder just contains, a docs folder, example missions, and some VCredlist distribution. So am i missing some sound files then?
  7. I have no radio sounds, I.E when i start transmitting on the radio, there is no beep to let me know i have actually started transmitting. Not a major gamebreaker but allows me to not have to look at the bottom corner of my screen every time to make sure i'm transmitting. Any ideas?
  8. Dw, i am a mod maker myself, i know what it is like. Was just looking for a confirmation from the mod makers that one is in the works, as i am the manager for my communities addon server.

  10. As a quick update, development has been stalled this month a lot of IRL shit kicked off. Hope to get back to work on this after the visual update and be back with some screenies and such then.
  11. Compatibility PBO's with RHS need updating as a bunch of CfgPatches changed as well as class names.

  13. Well the tools update was not as productive as one would hope. Though we have things working now. I decided to redo an area that i really didn't like, its about half done so far. Did some mask work to go with it too.
  14. Any news on this? The only workaround i have found is having to replace each object with a new version of itself, (using the R key) which as i am sure you can imaging can get very tedious with larger object counts.
  15. Thanks. :) Yeah there are a lot of bays and rivers cutting into the island, provides more navel based gameplay than a lot of maps, we just hope that with Tanoa they give us more navel vehicles and stuff.
  16. No screenshots to share at the moment, everything is too grassy and doesn't look right. I can however share a new topo export and leave you to guess about the new things that have appeared. :P

  18. Managed to just about get the initial placement of building done in this new town. Just needs detail work now.
  19. Having an issue exporting to Terrain builder a project that has objects that used, "import from mission" function. Using V1.21 all the objects from the mission import into the xcam project fine, however when i create a terrain builder export, each object does not have it's class name exported, only it's positional data. So all entries in the text file export look like this: "";208881.1875;4801.641602;429.148;0;0;1;-0.125929 Any ideas?
  20. Still have a few large "objective" areas to fill, and some "travel" areas that need to be brought to life. Working on the town with the big triangle road structure at the moment, might have some screenies by the end of the week. Meanwhile Dmitry is working on the civilian airport to go below the town i post screenies of above.
  21. A topo map wouldn't be too hard to post, could probably get that done later today. However at the moment the satmap hasn't been updated in a few months, one half of the entire island is just grass. Hence the grass in the pictures. When i have a satmap worthy of being in game, i will post one.
  22. Some more screenshots of a town. There is a lot of grass at the moment, which won't be there, the mask and satmap have yet to be updated.
