There is a bug with Unit tag if there is any special characters in the tag, the unit logo will not work. Make sure to only use letters or numbers and no slashes, back slashes, symbols or special characters. Sending you a PM to help troubleshoot.

Hello, one thing to try is to close down the game, delete the unit logo on your local machine, and try login back in and joining a server. The logo file might be re-downloaded which can sometimes resolve the issue. The logo file should be in C > Users > username > AppData > Local > Arma3 > Units > unitname (or some similar location)

There was a server issue that prevented logo's and screenshots from being able to be uploaded. This issue should now be resolved.

This issue was reported a while ago, it is in the bug tracking system, it is not yet fixed and unfortunately there is currently not an eta of when it will be addressed. For the time being, until it can be addressed, it is suggested to not use & in the name or tag.

Have the servers changed from Windows to Linux? Is the port used for the server in the default range or near it? Please feel free to send me a PM so I can help troubleshoot what might be the issue.

There is currently not a way to direct communicate with others in your Unit, that is on a wishlist features list. All communication needs to be done outside the system.

Make sure to only use regular letters and/or numbers in the clan tag without using any special characters, brackets, slashes, periods or anything else.

The IT team performed some maintenance that should now have resolved the login issues. Sorry for the inconvenience, please try it again.

Sorry to hear that, one more thing to try is to optimize the image file size by using tinypng.com Change the filename of the image and re-upload, and test on a server that does display others Unit logo without issue. We have found that sometimes using an optimized Unit logo image, it sometimes will resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience and I hope it will not be too much trouble getting your members re-added.

Please just give it a test and try with just regular letters for your Unit tag and let us know if that resolves your logo issue.

It is not yet fixed, sorry for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with special characters in the Unit tag, do not use periods or any special characters for now, use only numeric digits 0 through 9 and/or letters A through Z without any accent marks. Message to other users in the Unit is a feature that was planned, but has not yet been implemented. There is currently no ETA for this feature. For now, all communication needs to occur outside of the Unit system.

Have they since re-joined the Unit? How many times has this happened? Sorry for the issues, I am informing the web team to look into this.
