Announcement Hello everyone! I have been quiet for quite a while now on the forums. The reason for this is that my studies take most of my time. Besides that I have to work on current class assignments and prepare for this semesters final work I also have two extra classes, because of my Erasmus trip to Turkey. So everyday day I go to college. Stay there during the classes and when I'm back I have to work extra to catch up with the rest of my group. After doing all this I'm no longer in the mood to work on the mod. This period will last till the next months end. After that my college will send me to do practice in one of the local radio/television business for another month. I'll see if I'll have more free time or less during that period, but I'll try my best to get back into modding.

Yes those could be as a placeholder because I know that the community really wanted those uniforms
-
Sad to see that roadrunner taking down all of his projects. Before he started his JSOC mod I had intentions of using the Crye G3 uniforms from SOTG mod, but decided not to do it when he announced it. I could port those G3's for my mod and then work on adding different uniforms later.

1. Thanks for the feedback. I will resize according patterns and play around more with the colors. 2. AOR1 pattern will be adjusted for the next update 3. Face shields won't be altered. I want them to have this slick look. 4. I won't be adding prefixes. First of all, the names are already long enough. Secondly, there is already a way to sort gear by mods in arsenal so I don't see why prefixes are needed unless you have everything in one single mod folder.

I fixed the error now. For those who downloaded from Google drive and not from steam workshop just re download it again using the new link on the first page.

Military Gear Pack AOR Extension Release 1.7.1 Finally here it is the release of probably the most "operative" camo pattern extension. Download links on the first page.

I don't think you got the message correctly. I'm not reworking old uniforms I'm ditching what was done with the new G3 All Weather COMBAT set not the current FIELD set. G3 Field and Combat sets are completely different types of uniforms.
-
Because it's not fabric the pattern colors look more vivid. But I have to agree with you that it is too yellow so I have fixed the colors a bit for the next update.

UPDATE 1.7.1 A very small update meant as a preparation for AOR Extension release. Mainly fixing the AOR2 camo pattern and adding Multicam variants of Opscore and Airframe helmets. Changelog: Added Multicam OpsCore variants Added Multicam AirFrame variants Tweaked AOR2 textures Download link as always on the first page. ----------------------------------------------------------- AOR Extension will be released today when I'll get a new collection of badass pictures from Direone. I feel now is the time to go back and work on uniform and I have been thinking that I'm just gonna start all over again since I'm not feeling happy with current results. I'll also now go with the classic G3 Combat set uniform because I think this is what my mod needs the most for it to be even more appealing to others.

This is message is not regarding the mod. Me and the rest of my group who play Semi-MilSim Arma 3 are looking for a group to attach to play together. We are representing my country's SOF Combat Diver Service which is pretty much a copy of SEAL's. Our group is quite small consisting of around ~10 players and our time zone is GMT +2. We are willing to adapt to units rules, policies, mod list. If you or you know who owns an unit and would like to have joint operations with people from different nation write me a private message and we could discuss more in teamspeak. Also it is possible to join us if you are from a small group and want to form a multinational task force. (Do not reply to the forum topic) Sorry moderators for posting something like this.

The reasons for separation are mainly the mod size would increase drastically and there would be a lot more variations where pretty much 80% of the Arsenal would be my stuff haha. Other than that some people don't actually care for some of the camo patterns. Especially if we are talking about AOR which is used by SEALs and SEAL's only. At first I'll see how this expansion does and in the future I could probably extend it with other options such as the rest of the Multicam variants, ATACS.

UPDATE 1.7 Probably one of the most anticipated update in a while now. New MMAC vest is finally here. As standard it comes in 4 camo patterns ("Ranger Green", "Khaki", "Coyote Brown", "Multicam") 7 different variations ("TeamLeader", "Grenadier", "Medic", "HeavyGunner", "Marksman", "Assaulter", "Light") and all of those variants except "Light" comes with belt option. Besides that I also added Tactical Glasses and Goggles separate from Face shields. Changelog: Added MMAC vest variants Added Tactical Glasses Added Goggles Download link as always on the first page. ----------------------------------------------------------- The next "update" will be the release of the MilGP AOR expansion. It will be a separate mod that will only include texture files and will be dependent on the main mod. Now the discussion was only about the vests, but I have been thinking about including pretty much everything (opscores, caps and etc...) and the mod size wouldn't change that much (we're talking about 10-20MB difference) Let me know what you think.

Unfortunately with the vests I don't do that. I create separate model for different variations There are two versions of MMAC vests. The traditional one can be seen on Eagle Industries website and the NSW version for the SEALS, which is the one I modelled just because there was not enough reference pictures of the original MMAC. I intended it to be only MMAC, but I guess if community wants to see all the vests in AOR I could easily do that. Just tell me.
-
Well not yet but it will just like every other vest. I never really checked if AOR2 looks right or other camo patterns I use besides Multicam and plain color variants. I'll fix it then for the upcoming update.
-
They are not done yet. And they will be available as separate mod.
-
Yes. It wouldn't change mod size a single kB and would add more variation.
-
I like how people think how easy it is for us modders is to create a completely new mod. He is requesting vehicles, weapons, gear and clothing like it could be done in couple of days. Some people never stop to amaze me.
-
I could add Kiory's balaclavas and with the same setups as face shields. Maybe not for the next update but yeah I can do that. And I'll do standalone Goggles and Tactical shades also then.
-
Fixed the face shield shadow issue for the next update. Second problem is that the strap and backpack are from different texture files and the difference between two colors are quite big. I'll try to fix the colors so it wouldn't be this obvious.
-
UPDATE 1.6 1.6 Update will mark the return of the face masks under the new name "Face Shield". And they are coming back with even more variation options! Besides face mask there is a new backpack "Patrol" so far there is only one variation but more sure to come in the near future. Changelog: Added "Face Shield" masks Added "Patrol" backpack Download link as always on the first page.

You must be using an older version of the mod. This was fixed in the last update.

UPDATE 1.5.2 Update addressed to fix the mods signature files for the servers. Besides that added Cap backwards variants Changelog: Added Cap Backwards variants Fixed addon signatures --- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- DOWNLOAD link as always on the first page.

To fix this whole situation is a massive workload. First I would have to fix all the vest which then means I have to fix all the lods for 28 different vest models. After that I would have to fix all my uniforms again to fit the new vests. Sorry it is not gonna happen and I'm better of just creating new Crye Combat Set myself. Not sure what mistake I left there but I'll try to come up with new update to fix this problem ASAP.

UPDATE 1.5.1 A quick fix for the mistakes done in the 1.5 update and added cap variants. I hope that the shadows are ok now if not post pictures where the problem is and I'll fix it. Changelog: Added Cap variants Fixed OpsCore chin strap Fixed OpsCore shadows Fixed Uniform shadows Fixed texture path errors
