Same here. Here are my symptoms: if you manage to run the game directly with Administrator level (right click, properties on the shortcut), then the TrackIR is working fine.

However, if the game is launched via Steam (even if .exe is given admin level) the TrackIR is disabled... please take a look at this.

Confirming that it just started happening in the last couple of days.
