I believe it's "6" which contains the re-supply commands. It only works on individual units, but you select one, hit 6 and then there should be various options including "re-arm" or pickup a new weapon etc... Alternatively, you could download the VFAI addon which will make AI units scan the environment for more ammo, or a new weapon."
