I'm more of a single player person myself..so I don't have a huge amount of experience using Arma servers :)

Well with general public servers, no-there is no age limit. However private servers and servers run by groups may well have a limit in place. But if you are playing in a public server , so long as you act in a mature and sensible way, follow direction and support your team, I cannot see you having problems.

An age requirement in what sense? The game itself has an M Rating from the ESRB, and a 16+ PEGI rating. However if your parents purchase the game, and give you permission to play it, then I believe they have the final say on it. (I may be wrong on that ) However some player groups will not admit people below a certain age-usually 16 or 18, although i was part of a group with an age restriction of 30+ :D But that would obviously not affect single player etc.

Yes. We need a LOT more info than what you gave. Also please don't title threads "Help" Give it a descriptive title-so people know what it is, and so others with the same issue can find it. So, are you running mods? Does it happen without mods? Does this happen in SP, MP, Coop? In the editor? Or specific mission? What version of the game are you running-is it up to date? Have you verified the integrity of the game cache? Have you reinstalled the game?

As you said-it is speculation. I have spoken to Foxhound about it and he has responded to me on the issue. He has been in touch with the person who uploaded the mission This thread is going offtopic and becoming a bit vague in it's aims..Issue has been reported to all those necessary, so we'll just wait and see. -

Exactly-that's what i have been trying to get across. Regardless, I have PM'd Foxhound, so hopefully he will be aware of it soon. Stuff like this is just an inevitable part of any online community-there are always some idiots ruining it for others. Best thing to do is simply ignore them. -

Regardless-like I said. BI have no power to remove something from Armaholic-it is totally separate. They can remove this stuff from steam. -

I have already reported 12 separate missions with the same theme on the Steam Workshop. . This guy claims to be doing this so that people can supposedly test ballistics to disprove some of the conspiracy theories floating about. Despite the fact that he is using vanilla weapons-so the ballistics are totally different. And the building is a different height...and none of that makes sense. I don;t understand why you would make such a horrendous thing, then try to legitamise it as if you are doing something noble..Stupidity or delusion..one or the other I suppose. -

Really awesome to see the Kiowa finally getting some love in Arma. Always wanted a high quality kiowa, and when they were retired I feared it would never happen. -

Very true. Some new snow effects would be awesome. VBS has some amazing snow stuff going on now-snow melting and causing rivers to flood, vehicles getting stuck in it, weight of snow causing roofs to collapse..there are videos on youtube showing it. For a map with a different snow style, check out Bariga-it only has patchy snow here and there, and it looks good. Sorry for the bad pic-it was the only one I has on my PC, but it shows what I mean :) -

Awesome. After reading Ed Macy's awesome book "Apache" where he mentions that the AH-64 tail stabilizer is powerful enough to break a man's legs, I started looking out for moving ones in game :D Franze and Nodunit's Ah64 has it..and now so does this! -

Hi folks..I am a little confused here :) I wanted to give IFA3 a try-never used it..but I cannot find a download link? This is a totally standalone thing right? I don't need to own Iron Front or anything? -
@hcpookie Not sure what the purpose of that post was.. OP- I had the same issue happen a couple of times to me-it tried to download over 100Gb of stuff.. Only way I got it to stop was to unsubscribe from everything I had. Unfortunately this must be done one by one and if(like me) you are subscribed to hundreds of missions and mods, it can take a while.
