IMHO im part of the camp that doesn't believe that new addons should be made to be ACE Compatible. If they (the addon dev) wants to they can have an ACE config.

I'm not expert on MP or addon development, so I'm not sure of any solution to the MP problem other than just not being able to use the new helmets :/ As long as the MP mission maker doesn't set up the config identity with the new helmets, no clipping issues will be found, right?

The helmets work just fine in SP and the other new features/fixes don't cause a MP fuss so I say release them!

Made an Mission with them and they give me the feeling of fighting with really badass Guys. Its just great. Seeing forward for some nice new versions. Maybe different colors/camoflage looks.

But NICE work.

I love them.

Wow Very nice job on the update man :D

I just have a little request, Is it possible for you to add a (HEAVY & HEAVY ACU) Team Leader with the BIS helmet ?

That way you're unit can spawn with a helmet on and you can use glasses :)

I think its already like that, I just played around as the TL and I had the custom helmet

The TL are using the SEAL addon Mich 2001 helmets not the BIS Mich 2000 helmets, You can't use glasses with MICH 2001 helmets but you can with BIS MICH 2000 helmet (I think the Heavy Medics use BIS helmets).

Go to you're profile and equip glasses, Then go back to the editor and you will see that TL tear1 units will spawn with no helmet.

It wouldn't be too hard to add a new version of the TL, but not this soon after this release. However, if you don't plan to play it in multiplayer you can edit the config yourself and just change it into one of the other models. :)

@John, just saying...They aren't made by Ardvarkdb, who made the SEALS addon, they were made by DaSquade and a few others, Ardvarkdb has only textured them.

This mod is really great!I can finally have a team with people that look less like "stock" or "clone" soldiers; gives them more personality,and makes them look kool! Kudos!

I like the look of the new units, I really do. I just hope there is some way to randomly assign the Tier helmets.

CfgIdentities works fine for SP (provided you don't mind forcing names on everyone), but it's not a valid option for MP unfortunately (various issues). :(

Yeah, it's a shame that there's no better way for me to add the new headgear, I wish there was some way to force it to be a part of the model in some other way, so that you could have glasses aswell etc.

Multicam seems to be a popular request young man, and the masses are thrilled with your work ;)

a bit of off topic not sure if you ever played Ghost Recon, back in it's original form, I used to produce some skins and characters mods for that under the name "Argyll" but it's been 6-7 years since I tinkered with 3dmax and textures, working out here in Iraq since 2004 has curtailed all that side of the hobby... Bajabravo came to visit me in Scotland once a real nice guy and he was an inspiration for re-skinning for me all those years ago...

So nice work, keep them coming

Touché. But what headgear is there to select on USMC doods. They all wear LWH's anywhey.
