AI fire artillery by themselves ? possible

Trigger fires and the AI batteries or virtual bateries fire a strike into a designated zone. Possible?

Must have been done many times already. Search the forum for artillery or modules. Personally I prefer the scripted method over the realistic one as the realistic one can only deal with high angle fires. So although I would probably manage, I won't attempt, as I find little use for it and thus have no real reasons for learning it.

Arty module deals with high fire angles by default. I'd concider making it work in other modes just a small challenge. :-)
