Interested in this game so I must ask

yes theres alot of people that play mp specially in oa like 40 people in one game and no finding a server isnt hard because of mods oa currently doesn have many mods out for it people might be running ace but thats about it and yes its worth the trouble to play mp what this games all about ;p coop is where its at no its a tight community if you play coop u can join squads and work together or you can choose to be a loner ive never ran into a hacker not much to benifit from hacking in a coop game plus theres battleeye and yes its more then a great game its a epic game best ive ever played and it can only get better the longer its out and more mods are released its def worth buying if your pc can handle it

1: There is a fair amount of players on the browser, but not as many as in other mainstream titles.

2: Yes, it will become increasing hard to find a workable server as time progresses.

3: I've been around for a decade now, is all I can say.

4: Depends very much on where you go. On public servers teamplay seems les prevalant than on private servers, but it does happen.

5: Yes, the game is wide open to hacking because of the games modability.

For all your questions, I think a common solution would be to find a good group of people that you like and hang with them. You will then have your playerbase and your teamwork without random hackers getting in the way.

Arma requires a certain amount of social engineering from the player to reach its potential, but once you're there it is worth it.

1. There are quite a few players, enough that you will always be able to find a match

2. There will always be servers that run no mods (but do allow client side mods). When you click on a server in the server browser, you can look at the bottom of the screen to see what mods the server is running.

3. It's not much trouble, but yes it is worth it. Probably one of the best multiplayer games I've played.

4. Depends on the server's mission and the players. Most of the time you will see people rolling together.

5. There are hackers, like every multiplayer game out there, but luckily there are a lot of methods to prevent them from entering a match. Most servers only allow specific client side mods that are "signed". Signed mods make sure nobody can modify the files to hack or cheat. Plus MOST of the servers in this game are dedicated servers and always have admins on.

How did you find out about the game?

What system are you running?

Are you tough enough to it if you run around for 30 minutes to get into position and get shot 5m before you reach your destination?

The game might turn out to be your biggest disappointment if you expect to much of it. This is not an action-shooter like Cod or MoH. ;)

meh idc i got used to using internet slang i guess u could say from playing mmos taking hits at me for not using .? ", !if you cant read words without those i personally feel theres something wrong with you just look at the words and read them this inst english or grammer 101 its the internet. The way i type now isnt half as bad as it used to be, like said when i played mmos and im sure ill be taking hits for that little statement lol. ow8 let me edit this a bit could you read that last statement better now
