Server arma2 + arrowhead

Been makign a few tests for those who are interested or want to contribute :

when creating a dedicated server you have the following options :

#1 - create arma2 server => can be joined by arma2 clients

#2 - create arrowhead server => can be joined by arrowhead clients

#3 - create arrowhead server launching arma2 aswell => can be joined by clients combining arma2 and arrowhead

#1 is using arma2server.exe with traditional command line

#2 is using arma2oaserver.exe with traditional commandline

#3 is using arma2oaserver.exe with traditional command line, needs arma2 contents

What is NOT working :

- create arma2 server launching arrowhead as a mod using arma2server.exe

- joining a server combining arma2 and arrowhead using arma2oa.exe "-mod=C:\arma2" does not work, iit has to be "-mod=C:\arma2;C:\arma2\Expansion"

If someone has complementary informations or wana share any thought feel free to submit.

#3 is using arma2oaserver.exe with commandline including the -mod argument :

-mod="C:\arma2;C:\arma2\Expansion"

I think the -mod argument is not necessary, i'm not 100% sure regarding my Root Server Install but my Client install is loading ARMA2 Content AND OA Content by default without me activating it at the first startup

your right, i had arma2 and arrowhead installed in 2 different paths thats why i used ot however when merging the mod turns out to be useless

Interesting.... as I have made a mission with OA and Arma 2 addons but the mission will not run with the arma 2 addons ?

Arrowhead was installed on the server into the Arma 2 Dir.

Is there anything else I need to setup for the server to accept both addons Arma 2 and OA

Works fine on the client server but not on a dedicated server

have u tried with argument "-mod=your_path_to_OA\extension;your_path_to_arma2"

even if you got both in same folder

Its ok found the problem.....wasn't in the same Dir
