NVG still doesnt seem right...seems really dark even at 100% and pressing N multiple times changes the brightness randomly?

Only boosted some 5.56 weapons' and added a few new heavy weapon sounds.

Cheers for the update guys. :)

The NVG however is a bit too dark. All of us playing atm have a really hard time making out anything apart from things blowing up/burning. Could use a slighty lighter max value if possible. Thanks.

CBA post init screen when loading the main menu is really long after this update. Before it was just a split second, now I'm staring at the credits and ACE splash for ~10 seconds.

anyone getting problems with new BETA patch and ACE

My ACE army soldiers are loading with missing body parts

any help as to cause of problem would be appreciated

Yeah.

We are testing a new feature, called ace_sys_cloaking_device.

It's not completely working but it should be fine with the next update.

Thats 10,000 times more than ive ever played "that other game".

It's caused by BWMod. But don't worry, next BWMod update is ante portas.

I tested without BWMOD

just ACE and Beta patch

so I think its the Beta patch

just wanted to know if anyone has a work around

Checking now with the latest beta patch.

Edit:

ACE only with latest beta patch and everything is fine. No missing parts.

ACE with BWMod and latest beta patch, missing parts or textures.

ricmaughn, could you please create a ticket here http://dev-heaven.net/projects/ace-mod2/issues/new and attach your arma 2 rpt ?

We are planning to release a hotfix on saturday.

How is it freezing?

Any crash dumps?

Try just ACE *without the beta. Or try exThreads=0 or 2

The beta crashes in certain situations when using exThreads=3

I have been trying to track this down to lines of code.

Im actually using the stable Release 1.1 and got a bit of a issue here.

Since im playing SP only im getting very fast to the point, where my squad dont have any ammunition anymore.

For example, i create a small mission where im just a soldier not the Leader, my team fired all their ammo out way too fast.

Is it only me or does anyone else feels like its a problem?

how do you handle this?

ok Guys

1st having trouble posting ticket at dev-heaven not accepting my password.

2nd ArmA not crashing or giving any errors just soldiers loading with

missing body parts

new to editing, and I assume ArmA rpt is an error message, however unsure how

to copy an paste at this time but will research and find out how too

Now the problem I am getting seems also to occur with Bink 2008 ACU infantry and the ACE US army soldiers which are the same.

It only occurs when I use the last Two beta patches not with patch 105 or earlier patches when it works perfectly.

I also noted the same problem with the BWMOD soldier but not as severe ,so I removed the BWMOD and it still occures.

I now think it may be a problem with the soldier model ,the Beta patch ,or something with my computer.(however works OK with patch 105)
