Oh, I almost forgot about those 2007 guys. The UCP texture looks great.

Is the NVG "up" model considered to be a pair of glasses by the game? Or is it part of the helmet model that switches when the script is activated?

Don't forget to hide the selection when the player or AI doesn't have NODs at all. :)

I'd change the armour cover from an SPC.

That lower part of the shirt I changed on the USMC version is reverted back to being cam aswell.

Just an FYI, we don't have any combat troops in Iraq anymore. Mostly embassy guards iirc.

I know, but the video was taken late last year, around fall/autumn 2011, so it's a fairly recent representation of some 82nd Airborne soldiers. The remainder of U.S. military in Iraq are mainly Marine Security Guards, tasked with embassy protection, like you said. Nice pics, BTW.

not to be a douche but how is this relevant here?

Reference material for WIP addons.

Cool pictures, and that video was pretty cool. Good quality, and I love the 82nd.

No problem, thanks. The 82nd rocks. It was almost like an episode of COPS, just in Iraq. ;)

Or less acronyms ;)

TBAS, is Tierd Body Armor System, the body armor used by the Australian Army, SORD is... well SORD, its a company based out of Australia that sells plate carriers, webbing, vest, ect, at a pretty high quality from what i heard (Heavy Cordura and Triple stitched) pretty popular with Australian SF with plate carriers while the pouches and such are popular both with the Aus Army and internationally.
