How to get rid of Peripheral Vision?

Any way to disable the white/green/red/ "dots" you get on the edge of youre screen?

I think you can change that in the difficulty options menu (enemy/friendly tags off). If that doesn't work then there's an addon that will do the trick: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=5908

You'll just need the peripheral.pbo to get rid of the dots; but the others are pretty nice to have too
