The morphicon version from amazon.de contain the german version only.

I don't think all stringtables from ArmA2 (e.g. of the Red Harvest campaign and the description of russian soldiers, razor team...) will be included in OA, so you would end up with a mixup. This might be easily fixed however if you use one of the German->English patches floating around and activate it together with OA.
