Whats the third variable for sounds?

In ofp it was easy, "pitch" on the sound and "volume" which was used to decide how far and how loud the sound should be compared to others. But now there is a third and I haven't seen anything about this, for example:

sound[] = {"Ca\sounds\Weapons\cannon\RocketLauncher_Shot04_A", db20, 1, 1300};

db20.. same as before i guess, 1, the pitch i assume.. 1300? distance?
