striker(PANDA) 10 Posted March 22, 2010 Hey guys, ive got a Go Kart Model and for some reason, the model seems to sink into the ground. Heres some pictures: Can someone please help me
poweruser 10 Posted March 22, 2010 You probably need to define the land contact points of the tires. If you dont have a "Landcontact" LOD in your model yet, create one and in it create a single vertex for each tire at the position where it shall touch the ground. [aps]gnat 28 Posted March 30, 2010 The land contact points are not meant to rotate or anything. They are not named, correct? Post some O2 views of the Model. Res, Geo and Land lod I think.

rstratton 0 Posted March 30, 2010 use left view and place the land cotact vertices at the bottom of the wheels?
[aps]gnat 28 Posted March 31, 2010 Unfortunately the Top-Down view is of little use when your problem is in the ground plain. Side views would have been useful. PM me the model and I'll have a look.
