yeah sorry everyone..iv been slacking with the textures, and for that im sorry, but iv been going throw alot lately, and it hard to not only find time, but i also have really bad depression so when i do have time.sometimes its hard to get the motavation!

will promise to start on it soon!

Weird thing was the animations should have taken about 30 mins to do, but I made a mistake in the naming process and it took me 2 weeks to find the problem.

I've made the Jet fly slowish at about 560, but also it's pretty heavy to fly, the AI can land it ok on UTEs but they find it hard to take off as the runway is too short.

On the main runway of Chernarus they take off and land as expected, unfortunately the AI in Arma2 try to fly the jet like a Mig-29 :)

anyway the baisc animations are done and it looks cool flying etc with a couple of F16's as fighter escort.

Eble, as the standard AI tends to fly at very low altitudes, add a init eventhandler so it flies higher, at 1500 meters for example (4500 ft for you, americans).

It's funny you say that in my own testing I was using this init:

this flyinheight 400

Else the AI just flew way too low.

Anyone able to quickly throw together an init script to make the jet fly at 400?

I'll then add it to the CFG and it's done.

That static model sounds great, reminds me of Rogue Spear ^^

There needs to be some decent space to move around though, knowing how ArmA 2 handles CQB combat :p

duno if the AI will work in it... at least without trouble. I can see it now

"TWO, attack that TERRORIST, 50 meters" - 30 seconds later - "No can do"
