ok, me and my GF were going for a short ride because she has been at home all day because of her broken toe (sotry coming soon).. anywho she got stir-crazy...

so we are re-entering my neighborhood and I see this jeep wrangler come barreling out of SOMEONES YARD..

now.. ritch neighborhood or not replacing landscaping is EXPENSIVE.. and this was total bullshit.. if you want to offroad somewhere.. fine.. BUT NOT IN SOMEONE's YARD!!!

so i do a U-turn and begin persuit.. I catch up in short order, turn on the GPS and call the cops... i get their licnese plate number and describe the vehicle (blue jeep wrangler 4.0, slight lift, blue hard top).. and just after that they begin to pull over.. I thinks.. "well i sure as hell am not gonna stop.. they cops have the LP# and a description" so i continue on.. to my suprise they begin chasing ME

fine me thinks.. Im still on the phone with the cops.. ill just do a play by play and set up a metting with the local highway patrol.. to my astonishment these IDIOTS are dumb enough to chase me for 15 min.. FAR long enough for me to orchestrate a randevous with the VC-PD.. anywho they really start getting on it after me.. trying to pass.. so we step up the speed.. my speedo is maxed but the GPS reads 116mph.. I tell the 911 operator (who now has me set up with a 3-wy conversation with her and one of the unites who intend to intercept) to turn on their KA-Band radar and my detector will pick it up so I know when to slow down so it doesent end up in a 3 car chase..

anywho.. it works PERFECTLY sure enough my radar comes alive showing a growing contact at 1oc.. I blow past the cop car who is hidden (quite well) and say "ok I just passed a unit" as if in hollywood I see the cop car.. a persuit package corvette come BLASTING out ust behind the jeep.. they are smart enough to pull over (I stop about 1/2 mile ahead because they told me to).. guns drawn they pull out 4 late teens/earley 20s youths and line them up.. then 4 more cop cars arrive on the scene, then a 5th comes over to me and I explain the whole scenario.. he askes me to show him where I saw them first (in the yard) so I lead them to it.. as I pass I see all 4 people being handcuffed .. I lead the cop to the site and show him.. and thus ends my night..

so far the charges on the include:

A: criminal tresspassing (going through the yard)

B:vandalism (going through the yard)

C: harassment (by chasing me)

D: speeding (110 clocked by cops as I passed)

E: DWI is pending

F: the oldest will get "contributing to the delinquincy of a minor" because only one of the wa over 21 and there was alcohol in the jeep

G: wreckelss endangerment (again, the chase)

if that list of charges sticks (and it probably will given the eye witness testomony and play by play and the cops seeing them) the driver stands to get his license suspended for a LONG time, and possable jail time, as for the rest I dont know..

all in all it was VERY VERY VERY fun

I hope those late teens have no chance to find out where you life! I mean they saw your number-plate and maybe will hear your name called as eyewittness. Stupid people do stupid things! Next time you see them, dont call the cops, wait till they stop, put milk into where the air-con of their car sucks its air. After a month the car is unusable (later on you can call the cops and tell the number-plate of those neirds)

The only problem with civvies getting involved in criminal like matters like that could be that the situation is misinterpreted like for example this funny ad for a newspaper showing a skinhead "attack" and buisnessman from different angles until it cuts to the last one where it shows he wasnt attacking the man but in fact he shoved him into the wall so they both narrowily miss being hit by falling crap off some scaffolding( my point could of been better put but im in a rush.

well I doubt the accidentley swerved and didn dougnhuts in 3 different yards.. LOL

to be honest.. I was having the time of my life both chasing and being chased.. I never felt endangered because it was late and there were no caras and I could have gotten away at any point..

plus that has been a big problem in my neighborhood.. people seem to just LOOOVE cutting a big rut in a nicley landscaped lawn..
