This map rules.

It seems like I cant destroy the bridges, tried with explosives and GBU12.

Would be nice if they could be destroyed

Nice map for playing Flashpoint Germany scenarios :)

(its not Operation Flashpoint CWC but a turn-based RTS for those who don't know)

The Castle looks great. :thumbsup:

Maybe you can put a Sawmill on the eastern side of "Eversen" ?

And the Airport @ "Fassberg" could be closer to the town. ;)

Guys, Celle map is running ! I had to remove the "Noblur-mod" addon made by Kegetys, and the map now works fine. So it is possible that the two addons were the incompatible...

Sadly due to the new Size of Celle Castle the whole Town of Celle need to be redone/relayouted... :mad:

May I ask what kind of magic spell you use that makes you work so quick? :eek:

I think what enables working so much is cheesy 50s pop and good clean 60s Rock...

Anyways, I'm not always modeling. Currently I'm fighting the huge emptiness in between the towns. And I may say I'm darn good at doing that.

Download follows tonight, as I'm currently experiencing some upload problems... :mad:

Changelog so far:

- Added ALICE & SILVIE support

- Added Bergen-Hohne Training Area

- Added ponds and other landmarks

- Added outside terrain (And yes... it's random...)

- Added new Buildings

- Changed the appearance of Celle City

- Changed Celle Castle

- Changed the overall appearance by adding details in between the towns

- Removed huge empty spaces

- turned RPT into a 100% clean one

- general tweaks and fixes

I indend this to be the FINAL version, but maybe... maybe....

Agreed! Stunning work, the level of authenticity is clearly visible with these updates, most particularly with the Castle and Fachwerk houses. Simply amazing!

I tried to maintain that feeling/layout, and you will clearly see that I haven't overdone it.

I'm really diggin' your new project Mondkalb. Couple of things - ai use of bridges. Could be an arma2 thing, but infantry seem to use the bridge much better than some other maps, light vehicles as well. Tanks and light tracked vehicles however dont seem to like bridges at all. Also bridges (at least for me) seem to be damaged until you get pretty close to them. thanks for a fantastic map!

thanks Mondkalb. can you possibly provide a list where the new buildings were added? will adjust placement for the be warfare msn I'm working on. btw, the current "in testing" warfare 2.055 celle mission is on URC U.S. server but still uses 1.0 map. I will get to updating the server map in next couple of days.

Sounds good, gonna check it out!

I liked the map, but was kind of put off by the huge empty spaces which looked a bit unnatural.

Those screenshots look like a real improvement, with some treelines here and there, stuff like that already mixes it up quite well!

New version looks great. I am seeing some areas of the river though, where the water surface stops, and I can see clearly down to the bottom of the river as though there is no water. But when I try to cross, I start to swim.

So the water is there, but not drawing.

I noticed this as well. Also in the Celle castle there is a room your supposed to be able to get into (I think) but there is no way to get up there. Believe me, I spent 30 minutes trying to land on the roof with a helo and get in. :D

Also the southern airport is on the very edge of the map. This wouldn't be a problem but half of the runway is off edge of it.
