wolfbite 8 Posted June 28, 2011 Hey does anyone have some good detailed drawings of the cowling of an a1 skyraider... I'm not too sure if the panels on the back of it are meant to move or if they are just fixed and welded at an angle.... Any detailed photo's or drawings would be very much appreciated... Model kits, blueprint hell even if you have a good drawing done in paint... PM me if you have good stuff please.. Much appreciated for any help...
heroes maker 10 Posted June 28, 2011 http://www.morozov.com.ua/eng/body/t55agm.phphttp://www.army-guide.com/eng/product1907.html it look like the ennemy tank in A3 ...
R0adki11 3949 Posted June 28, 2011 i doubt very much so, as i would imagine the tank in arma3 would be a T90 or newer tank.
jagheterjan 10 Posted June 28, 2011 wolfbite, those cowling flaps are meant to move in order to somewhat control airflow around the engine. Shown here and here in open position, and here and here they are closed. Sorry, no better reference available.

-GR-Operative 10 Posted June 28, 2011 I've found this gallery wich includes the Colt Automatic Rifle and some good shots of the Elcan C79. I already posted the link in the Addon request thread, but some people may be interested in the C79 alone, so here it goes: http://www.pixagogo.com/2719034216

-GR-Operative 10 Posted June 29, 2011 (edited) Hi guys,Anyone can help me out with some clear/large useful pics of the Daniel Defense RIS II? I'm planning om moddeling it but I need some proper photos from various views. Google Images hasn't really been helpful to find some yet. Thanks in advance. This is a topic on the AR15.com forum, topic from the militaryphotos.net forums (showing also 2 contenders for the SOPMOD II RIS [Daniel Defence is the third]), another one from the AR15.com forums (scroll down, there are side and top views of the RIS - this one is the Omega X, that allows the standard front sights --- EDIT: Are they the same? i see some people saying the RIS II being this one, while other people say it's the one without the opening for the front sight). I know most of these shots are not good reference pics, just starting to research. Will post more later. Pretty non-usable from Weapon Evolution. Pics on M4carbine.net forum. Damn, I know you want clear sides/top/bottom views. I would never think it would be so hard to find good shots of a so popular rail system xD. Still searching. -GR-Operative 10 Posted July 1, 2011 This is Colt Canada products catalogue, found while doing some research on the Dutch marines. You can find it on Colt Canada official site, not so much trouble finding it if you really search. Nice piece of documentation on Colt Canada rifle variants, including some photos. STALKERGB 6 Posted July 5, 2011 Does anyone have any decent pictures or drawings of the shape of the turret on the T-84 OPLOT-M? Any decent pictures/drawings/details would be helpful. A bird's eye view would be perfect but I don't think there will be many pics of that lol In fact that goes for the rest of the tank too...
DiscountAnubis 10 Posted July 6, 2011 (edited) Does anyone have any decent pictures or drawings of the shape of the turret on the T-84 OPLOT-M? Any decent pictures/drawings/details would be helpful. A bird's eye view would be perfect but I don't think there will be many pics of that lolIn fact that goes for the rest of the tank too... Well, here are a couple articles, one- ( http://www.military-today.com/tanks/oplot_m.htm ) which includes a few turnaround shots of the Oplot-M in full, and another ( http://www.army-guide.com/eng/article/article.php?topicID=1140&forumID=1144&page=last ) which has a pretty decent, if slightly small, profile shot. There's also this- ( http://www.military-informer.narod.ru/GAimages/minit-oplot.gif ) somewhat-simple side drawing. It gives, at the very least, an idea of the overall shape of the thing, but not much else. In addition, here are a few closer-up shots of the tank, (front 3/4 and rear 3/4, respectively) ( http://img340.imageshack.us/img340/2491/ukrainskiczolgoplotm.jpg ) ( http://img161.imageshack.us/img161/2374/2009042822479817.jpg ) Also found a Youtube video of the thing, if that helps- ( )From what I can tell, the most iconic aspect of the Oplot-M as opposed to the original T-84 Oplot model is the prominent panoramic sight on the top, so I'm fairly certain all the material provided is from the -M, but if you need anything else, I'd be happy to dig a little deeper! (Also, if for any strange reason, something doesn't load for you, lemme know, and I'll try to host it myself. Customer service is the most important part of any delivery business, after all!)
