does anyone know if there is a script to call for helicopter or fixed wing fire support in the same way you might use the secops manager to create callable artillery or helo transport. I know nothing about scripting, it just seemed like something that would be out there, and I cant find it.

Mate check out Draper's air support script. Google it, its good, has everything you could possibly want for bluefor and opfor aircrafts.

It comes with a neat test mission so you can see how it works and all.
