Well the description says ACE Sounds, so im guessing unless the ACE Sound mod is copyrighted then yes but i think the ACE sounds will have just come from custom sources anyhoo.

I think there was a permission request for this, I seem to remember this a while back. So unless any of the ACE team knows anything about this (whether or not the permission request went through) then I wouldn't worry about it. :)

I don't think it's illegal or unethical if the guy owns both games and only swapped the sounds for his personal use without distributing it to other people as a sound mod.

title says "possible" so if he's not releasing this like it seems by the description in the vid or premission is givin beforehand, wolle can lock it and all is ok

but if not,wouldnt you think it unfair on BIS or ACE team to have THEIR work stolen?

People do this all the time. As long as they don't go commercial, or take credit, i don't see an issue. On another note, i was quite surprised to find that parts of a texture mod, i did for another game, now seems to have found it's way into a successor to that title. Not that anyone would have asked me. Guess the least i could expect of them is a free copy, or make that better 2. :mad:

If anyone uses our content for mods for other games that would be a problem as it's something we don't allow and should be reported directly to me.
