choosing or telling units which ammo to fire?

i've tried some searches but maybe i didn't get the right wording.

I'm head of a tank platoon and a bunch of enemy vehicles come in front of us. All the tanks open up machine gun fire. None use the cannon. And the only time my tank fires the cannon is when i switch his ammo and tell him to "fire".

Or i want my infantry squad to use a smaw on a bunker instead of machine guns.

Is there anyway this can be possible?

I loaded up with about 20 tanks and mlrs i wanted to see if the steerable carrier can be destroyed but they all fired machine guns at it. ridiculous

Just got finished watching yet another AI team mate waste a stinger against a BMP, my guess would be no, never.

Use SLX-AI, tanks may use cannon against a crowd of enemy infantry by new script.
