Does anyone know where you can get sound files for arma2

is there a place or person that likes to make sounds and has a bank of them

or is it just create your own ???

sounds i would like

woman -- idle chat

woman & man -- something a suicide bomber would say just before they went bang

man -- something a terrorist would say before he kills you

im sure i will think of more in time to come but this is what i need atm.
