Great job Icebreakr & team. This is one of the best maps out there for sure.

I have started to re-write my DIH Africa 'When Diplomacy Fails...' mission for Isla Duala immediately.

It's already fully playable. Here are some first impressions (click to enlarge):

From left to right:

-Portuguese base

-Taking Bolabongo from the MPLA

-A map overview, showing the three sided fight for Bolabongo between MPLA, UNITA and Portuguese forces.

-A Portuguese outpost

All that keeps me from releasing is this error message:

Error in expression <tion] Call BIS_WF_FastTravelTo;

 Error position: <Move ([_destination,35,50] Call GetRando>
 Error Type Any, expects Number

I can't find the script that is responsible for this. I don't even notice anything that doesn't work. Both player and AI can use fast travel without problems.

Maybe someone with more warfare-editing experience can help me.

Just set up some units in the editor at the rocky chokepoint firing across the chasm, with a T72 on the road below, very nice tbh.

IceBreakr: where do you want bug reports? On Dev-Heaven or here? I've found a table in the middle of nowhere, and an invisible wall ;)

Only issue is the AI won't cross the bridge at the main border checkpoint. I set up some UN forces manning the checkpoint and wanted to have insurgent forces storm the bridge. Didn't work. :(

Yep AI and bridges doesn't like eachother :)

oddly they drive over it with no problem

Same thing here, worked without problem for me as well. Did you use any Zeus or anything like it Darkhorse?

It has always been a problem with AI and bridges(atleast AI footsoldiers) it's NOT a new problem brought by duala :)

Hey guys, how was the New Year? :)

One more thing I've noticed. We did an operation where we had to cross the destroyed bridge W of Ursana. When I've been playing I always made it across with humvee with only knee deep water. Well, this time there's been more than 2 meters of water, swimming across takes away your weapon & equipment ;) love the "tide tactics" that BIS implemented with a cool formula depending on date & time =)

also I wanna tell you your island is a dream in every aspect(cqb,long range combat,strategy,adventure,special ops...)
